Dean would give the shirt off his back to help anyone, and now I would like your help to pay it back. With all the time Dean has had to have off work while fighting cancer, and now Kim has also had to take time off too and will have to take more time off with the complications of chemotherapy that has landed Dean in ICU; - I would like to help them have one less thing to worry about and to pay their next 3 months off their mortgage repayments. Please dig deep and and help surprise him and Kim and give something back to the couple who does so much for so many people.
