Effie's Transition Costs

I withdrew from college to transition and began this fund to aid me in that goal. Now, I've been accepted into college at UNC Asheville for the Spring semester and am trying to get my life on track. It's been difficult trying to work through this journey as it's been hard to find work as a trans woman that's stable, especially without my college degree. I've struggled with depression and anxiety and worked really hard to center myself and focus on where I want to be. My parents have been there for me as much as they can but I need to be independent and move forward. I'm not far from the goal I set originally with this fund and would like to reach it before going to school. I need $300 right now for my enrollment fee. Financial aid will cover most of my tuition but having extra money on hand to support myself while I get acclimated to a new environment and focus on my studies will help so much. I'm asking for help and support to assist me in being able to go back to school, be able to take care of my daily needs and keep moving forward. If you can give even a little to put me a step closer to being able to achieve my goals, it would mean everything.
