My name is Le'Toya Jackson. I am a 30 year-old college student earning a degree in Landscape Architecture at Southwewestern Community College.
On September 11, 2016 I lost my mother in a tragic accident. Wynona Ann Mitchell was walking across a street in Linda Vista when she was hit by a car and run over by two other vehicles. Three seperate drivers did not stop. My mother died on the scene.
The police have made little progress finding the people who committed this terrible crime.
Wynona was a single mother of nine. I am her next-of-kin: responsible for all of the funeral arrangements, supporting my 8 younger siblings, and continuing with my studies. With these responsiblities, and while experiencing enormous grief, I am reaching out to you for help.
Your donation is crucial to properly and respectfully lay my mother to rest. In navigating this process, I have learned that roughly $10,000 is required within the next three days to pay for funeral services.
