Pam's medical expenses

My sister Pam started life out with multiple birth defects, which she had multiple surgeries to endure. She was told that she would never have children and she has two very health kids. Recently she was diagnosed with stage 3c breast cancer and is scheduled to start chemo therapy in a week. During all of this her fiancé, Darrin is unable to work because Pam is not allowed to be left alone. With out the extra income coming in medical and every day expenses are getting costly. Pam's treatments are set to be in Lansing and continue for 12 weeks. Pam has had a bad break in life and is trying to overcome this as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated by Pam and the family.
