Robert D. Brooks Honors Burial

Donation protected

With deepest humility, I am asking for any assistance to help with the burial costs for my father, Robert D. Brooks; the WWII veteran who's remains were abused and disrespected by people that gained his confidence and weaseled their way into his life, his remains were  put in a suitcase and left on a rural farm in Prairie County, Arkansas. The authorities believe that my dad passed away sometime in January or February of this year.

He served in the United States Air Force during World War II as a ball turret gunner in a B-17 bomber, I was informed; the most dangerous aircrew job in the war. My dad is a hero, in my eyes, that selflessly served his country during its time of need. His remains deserve the respect and dignity that I believe he rightfully deserves. I am asking you with the heaviest of hearts to help me with the expenses to bury him beside his grandson in South Carolina, with full military honors.

I want to thank you personally for any contribution you are able to make, from the largest to the smallest, on behalf of myself and my family. Any surplus funds received will be used to help other veterans in a similar manner.

I am asking you to please help in any way you possibly can. Thank you. May God bless you and yours.
