Cremation Expenses For My Mother.

As you may or may not know, my mother, Quanda Moore, passed away on Monday January 16th, 2017. She had been battling Lupus for nearly 25 years. For those of you who may not know, Lupus is a chronic inflammatory disease that occurs when your body's immune system attacks your own tissues and organs. Inflammation caused by lupus can affect many different body systems including your joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart and lungs. Unfortunately, there isn't a cure or much awareness on it.
Anyone who knew my mom knew that she was such a loving and caring person. She was a trooper in life and did not give up without a fight. She was such a giving and well respected woman. Beautiful on the inside as well as on the outside.
Unfortunately, I recently discovered that my mom's life insurance lapsed last summer, which was also around the time her health had really began to deteriorate further causing her to be hospitalized for the past 8 months. I'm asking for the support of you all to help aid the cost of cremation services at All Souls Crematory | St. Michael's Cemetery. Any contributions made would be greatly appreciated. All proceeds will be used in the arrangments being made. The total cost of the services is $1,700. So that is the overall goal amount to help raise.
I just want to thank everyone for their loving thoughts and prayers during this diificult time. There aren't enough words to express how much your love and support truly means to me. Thank You so much!
