Akoma Modalities to Better Behavioral Health

Akoma Modalities to Better Behavioral Health is conducting a cross-cultural connection in Kumasi, Ghana in December 2022. Our mission is to teach children and adults expanded forms of health and wellness, using evidence-based mental health techniques and education to improve their quality of daily life.

With the help of your donations, we will provide the following interventions to children and adults in Meduma – Old Tafo (Ashanti Region):  trauma treatment, mindfulness tools, coping skills and evidence - based psychoeducation in depression and anxiety in effort to improve the overall quality of daily living.  All services include language translation.
