We Ride For Chris Billz

Chris (Billz) Pinto, one of the founders of We Ride For Our Fallen, was involved in a serious motorcycle accident on June 13, 2017 around 10:15pm while on his way to work. He was heading down Britannia Road East approaching Convair Drive when he crashed. Chris was immediately transported to Sunnybrook Trauma Centre. Initially, the injuries to his foot were thought to be minor, however, further medical inspection revealed serious damage, threatening the loss of his right foot.

Since the unfortunate crash, Chris has been strong enough to undergo multiple surgeries intended to clean the debree and infection from his foot. At this time, Chris is fighting to save his right foot from potential amputation.

Though his condition is stable, the long-term effects and recovery from his injuries have jeopardized his ability to return in the same condition as the bread-winner of his family and head of his own security company; where he not only oversees his team, but is required to be physically present and active.

This Go Fund Me was created by the We Ride For Our Fallen team. As a community of riders, we understand the risks that we take each and every time we turn the key. We have opened this Go Fund Me with the intent and hope to alleviate some of the financial burden associated with the day to day costs while Chris heals.

At this time, the Pinto family requires help that they would never ask for. Between the multiple surgeries, hospitalization, the extended medical absence from work and without the benefit of disability insurance, the impact on the entire family will be quite considerable.
