I was diagnosed with bowel/abdominal cancer just over 5 years ago. I had several surgeries and treatments and can only thank God that I am now cancer free and alive. I had to make some serious life changes. I can no longer work a day job, or even part time. I am not allowed to move things around, pick up things, etc. Walking is difficult sometimes. Exercise is now totally out of the question.
I also suffer with severe asthma and the world of allergies. I have spent 7 months of this year away from my home and husband because of pollution and the fact that it almost killed me.
I am also an Ambassador for The Love Foundation, a non-profit organization bringing messages of hope, peace and unconditional love for all, irrespective of race or religion, www.thelovefoundation.com and their facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/thelovefoundation/ .
Because of the fact that I can not work and I do fundraising for disasters, children with special needs and getting actively involved in spreading awareness of the health risks of pollution, I rely on free advertising and time consuming manual posting to social networks to help raise funds for this. At the moment I am doing fundraising for the Central Italy Earthquake, in conjunction with GlobalGiving, https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/italy-earthquake-relief-fund/ and my fundraising page on facebook is https://www.facebook.com/genfunding/ . and also for the Spitskop Special Needs School in South Africa, which is also visible on my facebook page listed above. The school is also listed for fundraising with GlobalGiving, https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/educate-special-needs-children-in-south-africa/share/#donationOptions, On this page you will also notice a fundraiser I started with Youcaring to assist me with all my fundraisers, but nothing other than the €20 donation which was from my husband. It is for this reason I have decided to start this Gofunding fundraiser, and hope that I will be able to get some funds to assist all of these projects.

I am desparately trying to get more funds for these projects and also to get more involved in helping spread the awareness of all types of pollution and the health risks of this. After all that I have been through and seen how people would rather forget about people in serious need, it makes me more determined to help. I was given a second chance in life, and I want to make a difference for as long as I possibly can.
I need this fund to help me automate and get more people involved in helping wherever possible. I would be forever thankful for any donations which can assist me in my quest.

Mi è stato diagnosticato con intestinale e cancro addominale poco più di 5 anni fa. Ho avuto diversi interventi chirurgici e trattamenti e posso solo ringraziare Dio che sono ora cancro libero e vivo. Ho dovuto fare alcuni seri cambiamenti di vita. Non riesco più a lavorare un giorno di lavoro, o anche part-time. Non mi è permesso di spostare le cose, prendere le cose, ecc Camminare è difficile a volte. L'esercizio fisico è ormai totalmente fuori questione.
Ho anche soffrire con asma grave e il mondo delle allergie. Ho trascorso 7 mesi di questo anno lontano da casa mia e marito a causa dell'inquinamento e del fatto che mi ha quasi ucciso.
