Woofstock UK 2015 is an event like no other. It is a festival for all things dog held on Saturday 22 August 2015. In a 9 ½ acre field in Marnhull, Dorset close to Yeovil and Sturminster Newton.
We are an established brand under the Spaniel Harry branch and have been around for coming up to 4 years. With an ever increasing following on Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites of well in excess of 15,000 followers Spaniel Harry is well known. Spaniel Harry is also a published author and has written for magazines.
This is our second year of running the Woofstock UK event with the first in 2014 hailed as a great success. However, we need support to make this year’s event even more successful which is why we are reaching out via Go Fund Me to meet some of the costs we incur. We were already receiving ticket and stall enquiries before the launch of the website such is the power of the woof! Last year we self-funded 97% of the event. Any monies raised will be used for toilets, fencing, marquees, advertising and any funds left over will be donated to Animals Asia and Margaret Green Animal Rescue and Homing.
Whilst we hope that the Woofstock UK brand will in time be a profitable event, we want to keep the day going so everyone has a great time and we continue to raise awareness for the supported charities. This is why we have taken the big decision to reach out for your support.
This promises to be THE most enjoyable, unusual and most talked about event again this year and in years to come. So if you can and want to please support us in our goal to raise awareness of some great charities. Any amount is welcomed from pennies to pounds.
