Women United Clothing is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our purpose is to create long-term solutions for disadvantaged women.
Our goal has been to produce our products in a fair trade factory. Fair trade factories are third party certified to ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and community development. Our factory will function as a solution for survivors of sex trafficking and abuse. Currently, we are working in collaboration with Casa Mis Sueños in Quito, Ecuador to create a fair trade factory that will also function as a tailor shop.
The first step to create this factory is to provide skill training and rehabilitation. The women that we are working with were forced into prostitution as children. Now they are adults with children of their own and are ready to break free. Through Casa Mis Sueños we can provide essential sewing/tailoring classes as well as academic tutoring needed for employment.
In order provide a way out of forced prostitution and poverty we must provide for their basic needs during the process of rehabilitation and skill training.
The $4500 we raise will go directly towards providing the following for the 3 women we are currently working with (and their children) during their rehabilitation and skill training:
1.) Groceries
2.) Rent
3.) School fees for their children
4.) Medical expenses

Based in Quito, Ecuador, Casa Mis Sueños was birthed out of a desire to bring change in an arena where little is being done. After 5 years of working with girls at risk in youth prisons, with prostitutes and ex-prostitutes, and girls rescued out of being sex-trafficked, Melania and Sabrina Toledo became impressed upon by the need of these girls. A desire to see them fully restored and reestablished in society began to burn in their hearts with an urgency to take action.
In 2010 Casa Mis Sueños began to take shape as a ministry that would act as a voice that speaks on behalf of those who have no voice, to fight for those who do not have a way out, and to stand in the gap against the incredible injustices suffered by girls.
