Women's March NY Needs YOUR Help!

Womens' March is a grassroots movement started just a few weeks ago with zero funds. Each state is responsible for raising the funds to organize, charter buses, and attend the March on Washington January 21st with leadership, inclusion, and diversity in mind. I am the Volunteer NY State Coordinator.
We have chartered 50 buses. Full payment is due 12/22. In addition to a 10 percent special events fee, we were then charged an additional $10,400 AFTER contracts that needs to be raised. Cancelling these buses is not an option! Also and more importantly, we need to continue to add another $2500 to our scholarship fund, which will bring another 30 people with us. This gofundme will not cover everything. Those attending have been generous! Between adjusting remaining bus seat costs, and donations, $5000 generous! But it's not quite enough so I am reaching out to the rest of our tribe! Please help us get everyone there. We are so thankful for you!

In the spirit of democracy and honoring the champions of human rights, dignity, and justice who have come before us, we join in diversity to show our presence in numbers too great to ignore. We stand together, recognizing that defending the most marginalized among us is defending all of us.
