Help Arlo recover

Arlo was at a dog park in Saskatoon earlier this week when he was attacked by another dog.  He sustained a bite wound to his back which needed surgery to heal.  Arlo is now going in for a second surgery due to infection of the wound. The owner of the dog that attacked Arlo is denying what happened and refusing to cover any part of vet expenses.  Please help Arlo’s loving parents, who are doing everything they can to help him get better.
