Wizzie's Road to Recovery

Some people might already know how Wizzie came into our lives. Others may not. 
We saved him... He was tied to a fence on Christmas Eve in the cold.  His harness was so tight it was embedded into his skin. He was dirty and so shy. 

We took him in and he has melted our hearts. He bonded immediately and he knows that we saved him.  He is like one of our children. He sleeps with us in bed at night, but before he goes to bed he has to kiss daddy good night. He loves his mommy and daddy and brother Trevor and sister Hailey. He is a huge part of our family. 

Unfortunately he ran out of our yard on Sunday June 7th and was hit by a car. He needs an extensive operation to walk again. His spine is fractured. He is being taken care of in Woburn by a team of awesome doctors and he will have his surgery on June 9th. The operation will cost $7,000. 



Our wedding is planned to be on October 10th, of this year. I dont know now if that is going to happen since this accident. Something that we might have to financially have to maybe hold off another year. 

Our number one priority is getting him home and better. Then working on getting our yard fenced so this NEVER happens again. 

You never realize how quick your life can change all in the blink of an eye. 

Normally I would never ever ask for donatations but I feel it doesnt hurt if people are willing to help in anyway.
