Wilson's Energy Fund

You already know that the beautiful island where my family currently lives was hit by the super hurricane, Maria. Many of you read my blog post about how I waited in agony of almost a week and a half before I heard directly from my family. Communication is still spotty. It's been about 3 weeks since the storm and my family still doesn't have electricity.

While Google will probably send some special internet balloons soon, the my parents probably won't see electricity until next year. Just imagine being without electricity for 3-6 months. You wouldn't be able to charge your phone or check your email. This is especially hard for my dad who works as a freelance software developer from home. It is also tricky for my sister who is a college student.

I would like to help them get either a generator or a set of solar panels  which I would have to ship to them myself because neither Home Depot nor Sam's ship to Puerto Rico. If all my friends on Facebook gave $4 right now the goal would be already met. Honestly, anything helps!

I am open to other inventive ways of getting them electricity (and even internet) so they can continue to serve the island and be a home away from home for many of students at the Adventist University near them. If you can't give share this and keep them in your prayers and thoughts.

Can you guys help me light up the house before the end of the month?
