Wilson needs hip surgery

Found a dog that had been hit by a car on Wilson Rd. Vet said she has been injured for approximately 3-4 weeks. I have taken care of her shots and wormer medication, but as you can see in the X-Ray, one hip is dislocated and the other is broken. He said that she needs surgery that I cannot afford. I am willing to give her a “forever home “ but she needs this surgery to have any quality of life. Please help.
