Mickey Wilson has worked hard his entire life and asking for help does not come easy for him. So, because I love him so very much, I thought I would do the asking for him. ~~Patti
In 1995 Mickey battled and survived Hodgkin’s Lymphoma cancer. However, the cancer treatments he endured during his-year long fight caused irreversible damage to his epicardium (the outside of the heart) as well as the pericardium (the outside sac of the heart). This damage, through several years, has led him to survive a heart attack sometime around 2003; and since then he has had 7 stents. Mickey is a survivor!
Recently, upon trying to get back to work, he needed to get a cardiac work release (as he has so many times before) but this time he was told he needed a triple, possibly a quadruple, bypass surgery before the Dr. would release him for work. Unfortunately, Mickey isn’t insured and before he can have this much-needed surgery and get back to work the doctors, hospital, anesthesiologist, just to name a few, want him to pay up front. He needs your help please.
Mickey has always supported his family and now because he hasn’t been able to go to work due to this much-needed impending, surgery he and his family are struggling to make ends meet trying to keep up with their day to day expenses as well as all the medical bills he has incurred thus far.
Please help this survivor continue his fight so that he can get back up and back to work so he can do what he does best, working, caring for and supporting his family.
If the funds donated exceed his medical debts and the help for his family during his surgery, hospital stay and recovery he, most definitely, would pay it forward to continue to help others with their medical needs. I thank you all so much for any help you can bestow towards Mickey’s continued fight to survive.
