Wilmington MLAX - Crosse Out Cancer

This season, Wilmington College Men's Lacrosse, will be embarking on a journey to the Crosse Out Cancer event at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, OH. The Crosse Out Cancer lacrosse tournament is a charity-based lacrosse event that is committed to the cause of finding a cure for breast cancer. Teams from all over the country travel hundreds of miles to come play in the name of humanity towards a common goal of raising money for the Cleveland Clinic's Breast Oncology Program at the Taussig Cancer Institute.
There are more than 200,000 cases of breast cancer in the United States every year. A disease that currently has no cure. As we sit here, and look at the numbers, it always comes back to money. I takes money to research this terrible disease, and ultimately eradicate it from the planet. Through our GoFundMe account, we are hoping to raise money to support Breast Cancer Research at the Taussig Cancer Institute in Cleveland, OH.
Each donation gets us one step closer to a cure, and what better way to donate than from the comfort of your own home, through an organization that you know will donate each and every penny to this wonderful cause. The Wilmington College Men's Lacrosse Team does not collect any portion of this donation, as 100% of earnings are going to the Cleveland Clinic's Breast Oncology Program at the Taussig Cancer Institute.
Please help us reach our ultimate goal before we head to the Pro Football Hall of Fame for the Crosse Out Cancer lacrosse event on October 8th. We cannot find a cure without your help. And hopefully, together, can one day find that cure so we can all walk the earth happy and Breast Cancer free.
