Willow the greyhound needs your help

Donation protected
Asking your help for Willow, my retired greyhound fur baby who had to undergo surgery on Thursday.  The femur of her back leg snapped and based on the bone density where it snapped, the best treatment was to amputate the leg.

Greyhounds are a special breed with blood clotting issues so after the surgery Willow needed 3 blood transfusions and heart medication to stabilize her condition and these extras treatments added thousands of dollars to the initial quote I was given.

All the money raised will go towards the veterinary bill from the DVM in Lachine.

**** Please help me get her back on her 3 legs so that she can continue her mission of helping  and comforting people. * **

-  She is part of the YUL Pet Squad at Montreal-Trudeau International airport bringing smiles to travelers and comfort to nervous ones.

- She was certified by Therapeutic Paws of Canada to visit the elderly as well as university students during exam times to help reduce their anxiety.

- She an ‘Ambassadog’’ promoting greyhound adoptions during ‘’Meet and greets’’ as well as standing for hours promoting adoptions at the Salon International des Animaux de Compagnies which is Canada’s biggest pet event promoting adoptions, competitions and exhibitions.
