Will o' the Wisp movie promo

My name is David Giardina.  I am a filmmaker, singer, model and animal rights activist in NYC.  I am raising money to produce a promo for my latest feature film "Will o' the Wisp".

For as long as I can remember I was always saddened by how people use animals - for food, clothing, labor, entertainment, medicine,  cosmetics and more.  As a child I was unable to articulate my confusion and repulsion about this.  All I can say is I never wanted to be part of it any way. Alas, it's what everyone was doing and I was expected to do it too.  These experiences led to the idea for this movie.

"Will o' the Wisp" is a suspense thriller dealing directly with issues of animal rights and veganism - as well as with child welfare, racism and ableism.  The story concerns a little boy who exasperates everyone around him with his "odd" behavior and constant questions.  His parents' attempts to get Will to conform to societal norms eventually backfires and propels Will into grave danger. 

Our 5 minute movie promo will be used to help raise money to produce the full feature.  Your support is vital to this exciting, and quite frankly, groundbreaking movie - not just to get it made but  also to make it a major success.  The movie can help raise awareness about animal rights and to end needless violence and abuse.  

There will be  a multi-cultural cast in lead roles including an Indigenous child as our title character. We will need the funds by June, 2019 to help us to pay actors, crew people (people like to get paid for their work!), feed them amazing vegan meals, house them, pay for props, costumes, equipment rentals and locations and more.  

Those who donate $20 up to $99 will get a specially dedicated song recorded by David Giardina.  Donors of $100 or more will get the song recording and a signed "Will o' the Wisp" promo poster.  Donors of $500 or more will get a poster, special song recording, an executive producer credit in the finished promo and you'll get to be an extra in the promo. Donors of $1,000 or more get the poster, song recording, executive producer credit, cameo role and a VIP invite to the cast party in NYC.  

I'm so thrilled to be doing this project.  For a long time I've wanted to create a movie that could potentially reach many people around the world and make a difference for the better. Thank you for being an important part of "Will o' the Wisp".
