help Wild Bill Scott

On Tuesday may 29 Our life was turned upside down. So In the past Bill has dealt with foot ulcers him being type 2.they can be hard to get healed. .everyone that knows him knows what a hard worker he is and dedicated to his job. Well he’s been dealing with an ulcer for a few weeks and wanting to get everything straight at work b4 he took of for a few weeks to let it heal. . Unfortunately when he realized he was going to have to stop working it was the Thursday before the holiday weekend, he tried to get into his doctor Friday but being a holiday they weren’t there , at this point it had already been infected from the inside and he didn’t no. Last Tuesday got here and instead of trying to go to his dr we came to ER. We both knew it was bad ! But what came within hours I would never have imagined . He went from ER to operating room within hours . They told him he would most likely be coming out with a below the knee amputation that the infection was so bad they couldn’t stop it any other way. If would’ve stayed home He was about 24 hours from it taking his life . They went in and decided he might still have some good tissue in his heal and leg and did a TMA amputation which is about half of his right foot including all toes .but because of the infection had to cut up his leg  to get the infection out. .He went back into surgery Thursday morning and they did a little more dead tissue removal . And back into surgery Friday to try a special kind of graphing if that went ok they might could salvage the rest of foot and leg. So today for first time since the last surgery 5 days ago. the surgeons came and unwrapped to see where he stands . After more test on the leg today they are gonna come in tomorrow and let us know what the best option is gonna be . To keep his leg is gonna be a long hard road  that he will give 110 % it will take a month and half to know if the graph they started works .and it will be many months b4 he’s able to get back to work.  . Anyone that knows “Wild Bill” knows he will be the first one to jump in and help anyone. He’s the most hardworking dedicated person You will find . 28 years at the same job ! And can count on one hand how many days he called off sick.and have fingers left. Even when he knew his foot was bad he wanted to get everything at work straight before he put himself first.  He’s one of those hard workers that takes pride in everything he does. The last thing he needs to do is worry about money right now. He’s prideful , but I told him this is what family and friends are for . I was off work for 3 months last year and we were just starting to get things back in place . So this has really thrown us a curve ball. But not once has he been negitive . He’s ready to do what he has to do to get back to where he was . It’s gonna be a long road . But he will take it head on. We’ve had so much love and support he’s so overwhelmed ❤️So thank you all in advance .
