WiggleKids: All Ages & Abilities






WiggleKids® is an inclusive fitness classes at our studio for all ages - all abilities. From the moment you walk in the door, our methods of teaching fitness ensure that anyone can participate. 70% of our clientele had some type of special ability, many of which have autism. We are proud to say that our students shine like diamonds when participating in out activities. Stories of parents crying because they've never seen their child so happy. Non-verbal children singing and talking after a workout and social interactions that have led to life long friendships.

Our methods are original- but not unheard of- kindness, patience and breaking down instructions either verbally or visually for everyone to understand. Having students be role models and mentors to help others to excel as well as themselves.

We teach fitness like no one else! Rebounders, hippity hop balls, scooter boards, Drums Alive and Laughter Yoga- untraditional yet immensely fun ways to move and think- good for the body, mind and soul. With an 800 sq.ft. Sensory room as well, we are happy to say we have a place for students to unwind before, during or after class.

Our adult classes are showing signs of being a very big step in helping adults with special abilities who belong to specific day programs get their energy out while have a really great, age appropriate time doing so! Drums Alive Ability Beats and Creative Relaxation yoga have become known as our WiggleFit program for adults.

Wigglekids is also proud to offer volunteer internships to teenagers with exceptionalities to learn skills that will help them someday with future employment.

Our dream is to open more locations. Going from our first to the second will be a huge accomplishment in out journey to help as many people as we can. With discussions in the works to do so in 2017 we need this funding to jump start that new location in an underserved community nearby.
