My wife Rita is having surgery in early February

My wife and I have recently come upon hard times.
I am self employed and lost a major contract for my  company.  Then my wife lost her job due to medical issue and will not be able to work for 3 or 4 months or more after surgery .   We are currently facing the loss of our home and medical insurance.  If we are not able to pay it by the end of January.    I don’t like asking for help but I don't know what else to do.
