I need to be in Manitowoc, WI for 90 days to interview local people who know people connected with Ken Kratz, Scott Bloedorn, Teresa Halbach, Mike Halbach, Bobbie Dassey, and Scott Tadych.
I believe that this is not only the best way, but the only way to get to the truth of what happened to Teresa Halbach on the night of October 31st, 2016.
I am confident that the public doesen't know the truth, and I'm also convinced that the truth is knowable so long as a direct, ongoing effort is made.
I only need basic resources: travel, lodging and food. For any who may doubt my commitment to this effort, I encourage a visit to my blog, OVERTHROW!
