FUNdraiser for Refugee Families

When: Friday, April 27th, 12:30-2:45
 
Purpose: To raise money to support refugee families in the Chicagoland area!  The money raised will be split equally and donated to both the Rohingya Culture Center (www.rccchicago.com) and Iraqi Mutual Aid Society (www.iraqimutualaid.org).

Goal: $10,000

Activities: Whittier kids will participate in an outdoor afternoon of fun doing many activities.  Moving from station to station, the kids will have an opportunity to participate in some of the following activities:
 
Jumping jacks                          Running laps around the field
Simon says                               Dancing
Jump rope                                Hula hoop
4-square                                   Kicking soccer ball into a goal
Tumbling                                  Scooter riding
Basketball                                Bean bag toss
Rest area                                  Art (flags/posters for Chicago’s World Refugee Day)
