White Rock Navy - Paddling for Life

In 2010 I had a crazy idea. I'd paddle a kayak in the world's longest nonstop river race and raise money for charity. I finished the 340 mile race in 82 hours and, with the help of my friends, raised $5,000.00. My son and I are in the race in 2013 - the White Rock Navy now has two boats. We'll start the Missouri River 340 on July 23 and paddle from Kansas City to St. Louis. This time the goal is to finish in 75 hours and raise $10,000.00 for BirthChoice Dallas. This crisis pregnancy center has two locations and they provide a tremendous service to women who need help. 

BirthChoice has two locations and only one part time sonogram nurse. They'll find volunteers to fill in but need your help to send these nurse volunteers to sonogram training. Besides training more nurses we'd like to provide iPads to help with client education.

BirthChoice and their clients are counting on help from people like you. So, pull out the credit card and kick in a few bucks. Your donation of ten or twenty dollars (or more!) will be used well.
