White Oak Brewing Taproom

The Town of Normal recently created a new liquor class which will allow us to sell our beer where it's made, at White Oak Brewing! 

Packaged sales have begun with some re-purposing of already existing retail space but in order to serve beer we will need a significant build out to get up to governmental standards.

White Oak Brewing has been licensed and operating for a little over a year. During that year, we have worked with local governmental entities, creating laws when necessary, to ensure that we can open a taproom to serve our beer. At this point, any potential problem that could prevent us from creating such a space has been addressed.

Simply, we're licensed, legal and ready to serve beer as soon as the build out is funded and completed!

Months ago, we hired two pound kittens to roam the grounds and defend the building from critters. Having no names, their microchips were registered simply as Cat1 and Cat2.

The girls have earned their keep and charmed their way in to the hearts of anyone and everyone in sight.
