Wheels For Jacob

As many of you know, my nephew Jacob has Muscular Dystrophy.  He has been in a wheelchair most his life.  My sister, Jacobs’s mother, is a single mom trying to raise three boys on her own.  An opportunity has arisen to obtain a wheelchair accessible van for their family.  This would be LIFE changing for Jacob and Marie.  Currently, Jacob is not able to attend a lot of family functions or any event where travel is necessary due the expense of having to rent a handicapped accessible vehicle. I'm asking, if you can, to please help us reach the goal of $5,000 to purchase this vehicle.  Any amount will help.  If we are unable to raise our needed funds, all proceeds will be returned to the donors.
