To Whom It May Concern ,

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Chad Murphy-Price. I am a 33 year-old man who works to motivate and help others. I live with Cerebral Palsy and am a very active person. My wheelchair and wheelchair accessible van allow me to get where I need to go to speak at national disability related conferences. My wheelchair accessible van also provides transportation for my consultation work on web design.

My ongoing life goal is to remain active and independent, to continue helping others, shed light for others living with disabilities, and be productive working in web design. I also wish to use my talents and share my interests in sports, computers, adaptive water skiing, and continue socializing with friends. I plan to continue presenting at speaking engagements and mentor others with disabilities, and advocate as a nationally known speaker. I will continue to inspire children with disabilities as they transition into adulthood giving them knowledge and hope to live with greater independence. I need your help and the help of other friends to continue this goal.

My wheelchair accessible van that allows me to remain active and independent is 13 years old. Due to the van’s age, it is becoming more difficult and expensive to repair. With your help and the help of other friends, I am working to raise $50,000.00 to purchase a new wheelchair accessible van. Would you please consider a monetary donation?
