WheelChair van For Reese

Hi My name is Stephanie and I am raising money to get a wheelchair accessible van for our Daughter Reese. We live in Whitman Massachusetts, Reese attends the North River Collaborative.   Reese is a happy 11 year old with Cerebral Palsy and Hydranencephaly she loves to go out and spend time with her family which as she grows is becoming difficult. Reese loves the park visiting with relatives and just being out in the community. With her amazing personality and contagious smile makes friends everywhere we go. Reese cannot walk talk or sit up on her own she is wheelchair bound and requires a feeding tube for her nutrition and hydration she is also at 75 pounds and over 4.5 feet tall. Her current height and weight make it very difficult to get her in our family vehicle which she is getting too big to safely get in and out of. Picking her up to put in the car and taking her out not only causes strain to mom and dad but Reese as well. Reese suffers from scoliosis that will  require surgery in November 2018 to  fix  and hip dysplasia that is currently just being monitored by her Drs. 
  
Mom works in elderly home care while Reese is in school Dad is a manager at a local Garden Center.  

A Wheelchair van is a necessity at this point the cost is too much for us at this time so we are asking for help from friends family and local businesses.  Anyone willing to help keep Reese out in the community  and taking some strain off our backs. Every little bit helps and will all go towards the purchase of the van.
