What Would Cheesus Do Food Truck

A grilled cheese sandwich is a beautiful thing.  It's comfort food at its core, reminding you of home.  Made with the finest cheese and crafted with love, I want to bring you the grilled cheese sandwich of your dreams (and mine!).    

A lot has happened in the past few months.  We launched!  What Would Cheesus Do is a real business and sometimes I have to remind myself that this is real life.  Although we have only been open a brief time, we have been given quite an honorable invitation to occupy a permanent spot at Finn's Manor in the RiNo neighborhood.  If you aren't familiar with Finn's Manor, you owe it to yourself to check it out.  A really unique and inspirational space, Finn's offers worldly libations surrounded by an assortment of food trucks in a colorful courtyard.  

In order for us to make this happen, we have to spend a small fortune in obtaining additional equipment and licensing.  Reach deep into those couch cushions and see if you have some change to spare.  I'll take what I can get!
