Tenzing Hillary Everest Marathon 2017 - Fundraising for Welfare of Climbing Sherpa/Climbers
After successfull summit attempt to the world highest mountain Mt Everest (8848m) by the Gurkha Everest Expedition 2017, six climbing members are going back to the Everest Base Camp to participate on the world's highest Marathon - Tenzing Hillary Marathon 2017 in support of Welfare of Climbing Sherpa/Porters.
The following climbing members are participating the marathon:

Yam Gurung
Pasang Sherpa
Shakti Gurung
Dhan Ghale
Maher Thapa
Climbing Sherpa/Porters were the key players in the success of the expedition. They worked extremely hard, working many long hours in day or night with bare minimum daily wages; risking their lives at the balance.
Raised funds will be donated to the Sherpa Climbers/Porters who had contributed to the success of the Gurkha Everest Expedition 2017.
