Music for Health Insurance coverage

This is going to be long story but stick with me :) Sometimes people need a little helping hand.. not a hand out. so if you are reading this then you probably personally know me or know who I am and are curious as to why in the hell would I set up a GO FUND ME . Well It's like this.. (in a nutshell). Yesterday - an hour or so after i woke up, i began to feel swoozy and light-headed so I'm thinking that my blood sugar was low, I head to the grocery store to get some sweets to raise my blood sugar ( a candy bar and mints) and I did.. so I am sitting in my car with half eaten candy bar and I see a fire/rescue truck parked a few cars over and decide I would ask him if he would check me out.. and he gladly did.. He said my blood sugar was ok but my heart rate was really fast like 155 bpm so in my mind I know exactly what is going on.. I'm in the middle of a panic attack.. cut to:  I follow him down the road to Pender EMS and they hook me up to a machine and put electro-patches across my chest and on my legs..Ice pack on my neck and my heart rate still doesn't go down.. I stay there with them for about 30 minutes.. then on their recommedation I allow them to transport me in ambulance to Pender County Emerency room.. where they do further tests, blood work and urine sample.. (everything comes back ok except for the part where I am severely dehydrated, have Sinus Tachycardia, Anxiety and Near Syncope) I tell them my back story leading up to Panic attack.. and inform them of the panic attack I had back in 2010.. blah blah blah .. they give me some Atavin and then later some more atavin when the first batch wore off and my heart rate finally came down to 108 bpm (which is still high) and they let me go home.
So some friends take me home and i'm feeling the effects of the atavin like i'm in a permanant drowsy mellow state .. I go to sleep and sleep off and on from 5:30pm until my alarm goes off at 6:30am .. which means today and its time to go to work.. (which i do)
So currently I don't have any Health Insurance and this whole Emergency Room experience is going to cost a pretty penny and while I loathe seeing Doctors, the reality is that there will always be emerency where seeing doctor is a necessity.
so hence this GO FUND ME - I currently live on a month to month budget with a little bit left over for the ocassional night out on the town or a guitar/music toy..
and because I moved recently I can still sign up for ObamaCare and the best plan for my needs is the SILVER package and with my tax credit it comes to $157.62 a month which would come to $1891.44  a year which is what I am hoping to raise.. The  higher asking amount covers the estimated difference of $150 which would be fees taken out by GO FUND ME and WEPAY credit card processing. 
i am hoping to get about 136 people i know to donate $15 each and if it is successful i will personally make and mail each of you a mix cd geared specificily for you if I know you.. (not one mix CD that I make for everyone.. that would be too easy and lame) 
so here's the Basics:
i want this money to pay for health insurance (the Silver medium package) for myself
and for the minimum donation of $15 i will make you a personalized mix cd for your listening pleasure.
it is a WIN-WIN situation for all.
