We need help to save our puppy

I am trying to raise money for my puppy to get emergency surgery so we don’t lose her. She was hit by a truck this morning and it shattered her pelvis, her hips, and her back legs. Please help me get her the medical help she needs so we don’t lose this poor baby, the vet has told us if she don’t get the surgery she will die and that’s not an option in my eyes I am trying to fight for her life she deserves she is just a 7 month old pup and there can be hope to turn her life back around if we can raise $8,000 for her surgery
