Raising $3200 US dollars to plant 37,500 trees in Uganda now
Our sisters in Uganda have made the impossible possible this year, planting over 57,000 saplings and delivering them to schools and local communities across the country. They have worked tirelessly to grow and preserve life, working together to change the landscape of their country forever.
Right now our sisters in Uganda need your help. The immature trees are being delivered around the country to their final planting positions in groups of 1500 trees. They have already successfully delivered over 19,500 trees! However, their budgets have been cut and they have 25 outstanding, unfunded deliveries.
These trees are life-giving, they will supply food, provide shelter, sustain ecosystems, help nourish soil and cool the planet.
We are asking you to help us make this dream a reality.
~ One delivery costs just $97 US dollars to complete. Can you donate to fund one delivery of 1500 trees?
~ A donation of $38 will help to fund transporting the trees across Uganda.
~ Just $15 will help towards funding the vehicle which carries the trees to their destinations.
Every donation helps and this money will go directly to Uganda to get these trees in the ground in the next two weeks.

A note from our sister Terra: What these women have accomplished in such a short time span amazes me. They have overcome extreme odds and found a way to not only come together but grow 50k tree saplings! These trees will provide income for women as they bear fruit or medicinal leaves. In a show of support I will hand make a tree charm mala necklace for anyone who pays the full price of one delivery. That's 75 GBP (97 USD) to pay for transport and planting of 1500 trees. The malas are valued at 40USD and I will ask you what color preference you want so it is "personalized" and made to order for you. Please help us reach this goal!
