Help My Dog Bailey

My dog Bailey got out of our house today and was hit by a car. The person who hit her didn't even stop. Her leg is severely broken and may require amputation if she is to survive. Additionally, she lost all of the skin on her leg when she was hit and will require grafting. We need help paying her medical bills to try and save her life. Please contribute anything you can--anything at all will help. She is not even a year old and we have only had her for 7 months but we do not want to lose her so soon. Please help us save her!
