Waterman Village doesn't have access to the large funding sources, reserves, alumni base, or insurance re-imbursements that hospitals, hospices, universities, and other not-for-profit organizations have. Your gifts go directly to helping us help our residents, "live their best lives possible".
Some of the recent campus projects that your Foundation donations have supported, include:
buying personal items and furniture for residents in need, purchasing activities equipment for resident use, and purchasing medical equipment to enhance the quality of care that our residents receive.
Some of our residents have lived with us for 20+ years. So, your gifts support residents/patients that count & depend on Waterman Village, for MANY YEARS, and not just a few days. We're all aging, and will all potentially require the use of Waterman Village's facilities and/or services one day.
