Warner Care Fund - Austin Tx

One year ago on April 10, 2018, Christine Warner was involved in a near-fatal pedestrian/truck accident that resulted in cranial and facial fractures, broken ribs, a punctured lung, split liver, and damage to her vertebral and carotid arteries in addition to other injuries. After numerous operations and seven months of therapy we have seen a miraculous recovery.

We are grateful to our merciful Lord Jesus and to the multitude of prayers from saints around the world.  Last year we were able to raise funds through GoFundMe that were critical in restoring Christine back to her family and on a path to recovery.  We are also grateful for the gifts of time and energy and many practical gifts provided by the community near and far.  Please continue to be on your knees for Christine's healing and to give praise to God for the glory that we have seen.

As we enter year two of her recovery, Christine is still in need of further medical care (surgical procedures and treatments) and professional services, as well as limitations on her ability to engage in the income-earning endeavors she was involved with before. Because of the combination of the loss of income and substantial expenses related to her recovery, we are asking you to join us in helping the Warners in bearing the financial burden of the coming year.

Earlier this year, Christine was invited to speak at an event in Washington DC to share her story of faith and miracles. The family visited the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial (see picture) where one of his quotes resonated loudly with them: “out of the mountain of despair, a stone of hope.”  Over the last year God has provided hope to all of us as we have seen the miracle continue for Christine and her family.

Please take a moment to consider what God might be putting on your heart to contribute.

 In His Mercy!
