Mittens, during hash winter months, are important to children. They can't go out for recess without them.  Together we're doing something to keep kids warm.

Last year our "Warm Kids Campaign" helped over 2300
local area school kids stay warm.   This year’s "Mountain of Mittens" is hoping to  better that number.

The official Kick-off will be at the Sudbury Wolves Hockey Game, Friday, November 24th.  Fans will have an opportunity to buy a pair of mittens for $3 and toss them on the ice for collection.

This city wide campaign is supported by the Downtown Churches Group who are providing locations for drop-off of mittens:

1.  All Nations Church, 414 St. Raphael St., Sudbury
2.  The Church of the Epiphany, 85 Larch St., Sudbury
3.  Church of Christ the King, 21 St. Anne Rd., Sudbury
4.  St. Andrew's United Church, 111 Larch St., Sudbury

Alternatively, you can purchase mittens, make mittens, or donate funds through this gofundme page.

Together we can build a "Mountain of Mittens" and keep kids warm.
