Wally needs emergency surgery

Wallace (fondly known as "Wally")  is  a sweet,  goofy  11  month  old  Bichon-Poodle mix  who  has  a severe, life-threatening  obstruction.  He  needs  emergency  surgery  to  save  his  life and as we  all  know,  emergency  vet  procedures  can  be incredibly  expensive. Wally's  family  is  unable  to  cover  the  vet  bill  on  their  own and the  expenses  will  be  in  excess  of  $5000.  Let's  make  sure  Wally  gets  to  experience  his  first  Christmas!
