Help us move

Hey all!
By now, everyone knows that my daughter and I finally got our own place, with no room mates, this past spring. Turns out, the place isn't so great, it's a rat trap, literally, they're under the trailer and in the heating ducts. The floor is buckling, the wiring is bad, the windows are screwed shut, it's horrible. I had the fire marshal inspect the place, and in retaliation, the land lord filed for eviction.
I'm fighting it, but either way, this place is going to be condemned, I just want to get us into a safe place.
We want to move further south, closer to my boyfriend's work, so that he can pick up more hours, and so that I can get medical help.
The arthritis in my left side has gotten worse, after sixteen years, the cartilage is actively deteriorating, and bone is grinding on bone.
The good news in all of this is that I found a place in the town where my boyfriend works, it's an RV park, but it's well maintained, $1,200 would cover the deposit and first month's rent.
