Imagine No Malaria Bike-a-thon

Donation protected
In 2007, the World Health Organization estimated there were more than 1,000,000 malaria related fatalities. By 2012, the number had been reduced to 627,000. While that is still a staggering number, a nearly 50% increase in life is worth celebrating! Thanks to the efforts of The United Methodist Church and its partners, we are on our way to beating malaria for good. But everyone's help is needed to make that a reality.

Barb Lemmel and Mitchell Hay invite you to make a difference by supporting them with donations as they bicycle the 180 miles from Essex, Vermont to the New England Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church in Manchester, NH to raise funds for the Imagine No Malaria campaign. They'll take two days for the trip, June 16-17, with an overnight in White River Junction.

The raised funds will go to purchase anti-mosquito nets, support malaria education, prevention and treatment programs for affected communities, revitalizing health facilities, and more!

You can use the GoFundMe site- our campaign is called "Imagine No Malaria Bike-a-thon" or bring a check to Annial Conference!
