My father, who is 66 years old, was robbed and brutally assaulted on March 22, 2018. Between the times of 5:00am-5:30am, he and two additional street vendors were approached by a group of individuals who proceeded to steal their money and aggressively beat them. My father, Luis Gutierrez, is a street vendor who sells used items on the weekends; he is unemployed and this is his only source of income. He is an honorable and compassionate man who always helps those in need. In the morning of the incident, it was he who 911 and came to the aid to Pedro Reyes who is currently hospitalized. Currently, my father will no longer be working as he was physically hurt; additionally he also facing psychological trauma. It is for this reason that we have created a page on this site and ask that people please help be it by sharing this post or donating any sum of money. Mi Padre Luis Gutierrez de 66 años de edad trabajaba Vendiendo cosas usadas en la calle 31st y San Pedro en los Angeles, los dias Sabado y Domingo. Este trabajo era su ingreso que tenia por que ya no estaba trabajando. El dia Domingo18 de Marzo entre 5:00 y 5:30 am fue cruel mente agredido y asaltado, quitandole su dinero a el y a 2 personas mas. De los fuertes golpes que le propinaron fue lastimado. Ahora por el momento no podra trabajar por que quedo mal tanto como mental mente y fisica mente. Por el momento tendra que esperar hasta que se recupere. El es una persona honrada, trabajadora y muy humilde y no se mete con nadie. El siempre esta para ayuda al projimo. Gracias a Dios que pudo auxiliar a su compañero, el Señor Pedro Reyes que ahorita se encuentra hospitalizado. Es por esta la razon que acudimos a esta pagina y la solidaridad de las personas.
