Rick's Medical Fund

My name is Julie, my oldest and dearest friends Rick and Laurelle need your help. Rick has always been a hard worker, putting in over 50 hours a week to provide. He still found time to coach his son's teams and attend the sporting events that his 3 children participated in. He's also a loving husband to his wife of 28 years and a supportive son, brother, grondpop, and friend. He would give the shirt of his back if a friend needed it.
       Rick was diagnosed with cancer of the head and neck in November 2014. He went through hell with radiation and chemotherapy for 7 weeks. Rick lost 30 pounds, got dehydrated and ended up in the hospital with a feeding tube. In June, the tests cleared him, the feeding tube came out and he went back to work. Then, in September this year, a follow up PET scan revealed more cancer. It had spread to the thorax region, the lymph nodes, and on his neck. He underwent a radical neck dissection to remove the tumor behind the ear. Rick is heading into another round of chemotherapy and looking into clinical trials.
     Unfortunately, the medical bills and deductables are very high and Rick is unable to work. I'm hoping we can raise some money to help with their expenses, even if it's a small amount, anything would be appreciated.
