Spokane Create 2016 Insurance Fundraiser
Spokane Create is looking for donations to help us pay for our insurance for the year 2016. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit maker's space that provides the Spokane-area with a supportive, collaborative environment, materials, and the physical space necessary to foster learning and understanding in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Our mission is to encourage ingenuity and creativity in the STEM fields through open exchange of knowledge and information and aim to promote STEM education in the community through active creation & hands-on experience.
We meet at The Toolbox , which is located in Spokane's University District every Wednesday evening at 5:30pm-8:30pm and Saturday 10am-4pm, We are open to the public and completely free.
As a non-profit, we are completely reliant on donations and grants. We need to raise $1,600 to help us pay for our insurance for the upcoming year. We are hoping to raise the funds by the end of Novemeber.
This is a critical component to the operation of Spokane Create, and we greatly appreciate your generosity. Pleae help us spread the word! Thank you!
