YOU CAN CHANGE THE WORLD BY HELPING ONE PERSON AT A TIME!

Scores of bright, talented students in Ukraine will never realize their dreams. They live in poverty. They face threats to their personal safety due to political unrest and corruption. Some live in deplorable conditions with no hope of escape.

NONPROFIT SEEKS TO GIVE DREAM OPPORTUNITIES TO TECHNICALLY TALENTED STUDENTS FROM UKRAINE!

These students deserve better. Voto Tech Group (VTG), a pending nonprofit California corporation reminds all of us, that together, we can unite to make a difference.

VTG implores community leaders to assist in bringing technical talent from Ukraine to the United States where the objective is to have them sponsored by a U.S. based company. It plans to reach out to companies such as Google, Microsoft, and other technology-driven businesses who are in a position to sponsor a visa.

Seniors in universities who are technologically advanced will be encouraged to apply for the VTG program. The chosen candidates will be invited to join a hackathon in the United States where they will compete with the top performers. The winner(s) will be invited to return to the U.S. for an interview by a U.S. company. If the interview is successful, the student will be hired by the U.S. company who will sponsor his/her visa.

VTG is going to cover the tuition expense, room and board, and pay a stipend to the qualified students- which will allow the students to fully concentrate on advancing in their field of study and making a world difference.

While in the program, students will be assigned groups of 3-4 people and will be working on projects of their choice related to disruptive technologies of tomorrow:

-Artificial Intelligence
-Augmented Reality
-Blockchain
-Virtual Reality and more

The Numbers:

The approximate cost per student is going to be $500 per month. That will cover:
-annual tuition ($200/month, paid directly to the university)
-room and board expenses ($100/month)
-stipend ($200/month)

Additional $2,500 per student will be spent on the trip to the United States (flight, hotel stay, travel expenses etc. )

Therefore, the approximate cost of VTG program per student is $8,500. We aim to bring 10 students to the United States the first year and keep growing by 5-10 every year after that. We are looking to raise $85,000-$100,000 to make this happen in 2018. Any and all funds raised above the goal will go towards enrolling additional students in the VTG program.

VTG was founded by Andrey Chabanov and Keila Nakasaka, Esq.  Andrey Chabanov is an immigrant from Ukraine, who knows first-hand the hardships that exist in Ukraine. He believes that it’s his calling to help these students.
