This week dozens of survivors took action in Senator Joe Manchin's campaign office and beyond. Together we told him to stand with us, with survivors, with union members, with West Virginians--or we'll vote him out.
We're keeping to our word.
This campaign was started by survivors across the mountain state. And we are raising funds for our fellow survivors here at home in West Virginia.
Every dollar raised here will go directly toward training West Virginia candidates and campaign managers stepping up to oppose establishment politicians, Manchin included. We will host a Women Run Campaigns workshop this spring, offering free scholarships to survivors, using funds donated here. Interested candidates and campaign members can request these scholarship funds in their application forms.
We've already had a number of women involved in occupying Senator Manchin's office sign up to be trained. Help these new leaders build the skills we need to fight for a West Virginia that belongs to all of us.
