Suas Volunteer Programme 2019 - Jennifer Connolly

Hi guys! I'm lucky enough to have been chosen to take part in the Suas Volunteer Programme 2019. I'll be volunteering as a teaching assistant for 8 weeks with children from marginalised communities in Kabwe, Zambia. My work will include support curricular activities and giving one to one support to some children and I will also be organising extracurricular activities such as sports and summer camps. Suas is a fantastic organisation that as well as volunteers, suas offers financial assistance and ongoing technical expertise to its partner schools in Zambia and India. The work they do leaves a lasting impact as they focus on partnership with the communities. I truly appreciate any support you can give me to help me reach my fundraising goal to send me to Zambia this summer. Thank you!
