Void Softworks

Hello, Chris Marshall of Void Softworks here. The reason we are on gofundme is simple. Cash revenue while starting a indie game development company is hard to come by. Some companies go after investors to get cash flow while giving them some sort of say or a promise in return for their financial support. The problem we have with that, is investors tend to want speedy returns and that can lead to products being rushed to meet deadlines and certian aspects can be deminished or cut entirely to keep the investors happy. So to avoid that problem and keep our games as true to their purest form as possible we need people like you to help us. Our goal of $25,000 is not that ambitious when you take into account all that a company such as ours would need. Motion capture software and hardware being one of our first purchases would be at minimum $1500. Second to maximize work efficiency our computers need revamped, an average computer you would find at any other video game company would range near $2500. There are many more things we would use the money on as well. Since we are currently working out of a very cramped garage, we would like to be able to afford a better work space where we could be more effective.
