Daphne's Annual Vodka Party 2017

When Daphne hosted her first vodka-themed birthday soiree in 2011, she had no idea that her spirited house party would become an annual tradition attracting hundreds of guests. It was a familiar concept with a little remix: "Bring Your Own Bottle...and Bring Me One, Too." Daphne's request was simple: for guests to gift her with a bottle of her beverage of choice, grab a red solo cup and celebrate another year with her. Over the years, she has received HUNDREDS of bottles of vodka, with more creative flavors and more exclusive brands coming each year.
But beyond that, the Vodka Party has become a community staple in Seattle; the type of rare event where people of any age, walk of life, identity and experience come together in a spirit of love and light between 6pm and 11:59pm each summer. People have met their spouses at the Vodka Party, have reunited with elementary school friends, and have mingled among rivals with not a single sign of drama. For her 50th birthday, Daphne stepped this tradition up several notches with the first Vodka BLOCK Party.
Ask anyone who has attended and they will tell you that Daphne's annual Vodka Party is NOT to be missed. It is absolutely euphoric.
